Dan focuses his practice on the representation of financial institutions and borrowers in all aspects of litigation involving secured and unsecured debt, including bankruptcy, receiverships, pre- and post-judgment remedies, foreclosures, guaranty actions and lender liability.
He regularly litigates in bankruptcy courts and state courts throughout California and frequently uses mediation to achieve efficient and economical results for his clients.
Dan is active in numerous professional associations and is a frequent speaker on commercial real estate issues, unlawful detainer, landlord-tenant matters and bankruptcy issues. He also participates in numerous pro bono activities and devotes time to several non-profit organizations, including Anaheim-based Community SeniorServ Inc., an organization providing meals and other services to senior citizens in Orange County.
