CBRC Loan Measures - 银监会公布并实施《流动资金贷款管理暂行办法》

On February 12, 2010, the China Banking Regulatory Commission (“CBRC”) issued the Interim Measures on Management of Working Capital Loans (CBRC Order 1), which stipulate some measures in connection with management of credit risk and working capital loan.
According to CBRC Order 1, the bank should measure the borrower's working capital needs, carefully determine the borrower's working capital loans credit limit and loan amount. In addition, it is stipulated that banks should not approve any working capital loans which are to be used for investments in fixed assets or equity interests.
