Circular on Canceling Export Tax Rebates of Certain Commodities (SAT and MoF Circular 57) - 关于取消部分商品出口退税的通知

The Ministry of Finance (“MoF”) and State Administration of Taxation (“SAT”) on June 22, 2010 jointly promulgated a circular specifying that since July 15, 2010 the export tax rebate of certain commodities would be cancelled.
The commodities involved mainly include the following:
· Part of the steel;
· Part of nonferrous metal processing materials;
· Aluminum powder;
· Ethyl alcohol and corn starch;
· Part of the pesticides, medicines and chemical products; and
· Part of plastics and plastics products, rubbers and rubber products, and glass and glass products.
