On December 8, 2009, the Supreme People's Court (SPC) released a judicial interpretation that requires the courts to make the administration of justice more transparent to the public in six aspects including: the case filing stage, the court hearing stage, the enforcement stage, the evidence hearing stage, the judicial documents, and the judicial affairs.
