Circular on Amending the Implementation Rules of the PRC Law on Administration over the Entry and Exit of Aliens (State Council Order No.575) - 国务院关于修改《中华人民共和国外国人入境出境管理法实施细则》的决定

On April 24, 2010, the State Council published the amendment to the Implementation Rules on Administration on the Entry and Exit of Foreigners.
Only one article is amended. It was previously stipulated that if a foreigner suffering from mental disorder, leprosy, AIDS, venereal diseases, contagious tuberculosis or other infectious diseases, he/she is not allowed to enter China. The wording has been changed to “serious mental disorder, infectious tuberculosis or other infectious diseases that are likely to make great impact on the public health”.
