Chris represents businesses in various types of commercial disputes, with particular focus on information technology and intellectual property. He has substantial expertise in cases involving computer software development projects and protection of trade secrets and proprietary business information. He has been both lead and second-chair counsel in jury trials in state court, as well as arbitration and mediation proceedings.
