Christina Ahn represents and counsels insurers in matters of professional lines and commercial lines policies, including directors and officers liability, employment practices liability, errors and omissions, and commercial general liability, and in relation to complex coverage disputes and bad faith litigation. She has also successfully represented insurers on appeal, including obtaining an appellate ruling in which the California Court of Appeal affirmed in full the trial court’s judgment confirming an insurance appraisal award.
Additionally, Christina has handled pro bono matters with the Alliance for Children’s Rights and Kids in Need of Defense.
Christina is currently a member of the firm’s Diversity Committee for the Orange County office.
Christina received her J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law in 2010. During law school, Christina served as a senior articles editor for the UC Davis Law Review, student-attorney in the Civil Rights Clinic, teaching assistant in the Legal Research and Writing Program, and moot court tutor for the King Hall Outreach Program.
Christina also served as an extern for the Honorable S. James Otero, United States District Court for the Central District of California, and a law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of California, Criminal Division.
While at UC Davis, Christina received the California Bar Foundation Public Interest Scholarship for academic achievement and commitment to public service.
