Tom has extensive civil litigation experience in state and federal courts throughout the country. His practice principally involves advising insurers on a wide variety of coverage and extracontractual matters. He has served frequently as defense counsel in bad faith litigation against insurers.

Representative Experience
Representing insurer in jury trial on bad faith claims arising from denial of uninsured motorist benefits.

Representing insurer in coverage litigation concerning scope of “advertising injury” coverage.

Representing insurers in multiple states in litigation involving asbestos-related extra contractual claims.
