Carol focuses her practice on income and estate tax planning, business succession planning and estate and trust administration. Her experience includes tax analysis and preparation of wills, revocable trusts, life insurance trusts, personal residence trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, defective grantor trusts, shareholders' agreements, split-dollar life insurance agreements, charitable trusts, family limited partnership agreements and limited lability company agreements; representation of individuals and estates before the IRS at the Examinations and Appeals Levels; IRA distribution planning; deferred compensation planning; and the formation and operation of private foundations and public charities.
