In our domestic offices, this includes a choice of medical plans, dental insurance, domestic partner coverage (same sex/opposite sex), flexible spending accounts, firm paid life insurance, firm paid disability insurance, generous paid time off and 10 paid holidays. Supplemental life, accidental death and dismemberment, vision, long-term disability, cancer and intensive care plans are also available. You invest in our future at Troutman Sanders LLP when you join the firm. In return, we invest in your future by providing a 401(k) plan that allows you to save on a tax favored basis. In addition, after two years of service, the firm makes annual contributions to your account as part of our profit sharing program. Our international offices offer similar plans specific to their market environment.
