You invest in our future at Troutman Sanders LLP when you join the Firm. In turn, we invest in your future by providing a 401(k) plan and by making annual contributions to your account as part of our profit-sharing program. You are eligible for the 401(k) program after only 30 days of employment. You are eligible for the profit-sharing program after two years of employment and you are 100% vested when the contribution is made! You receive the profit-sharing contribution even if you don’t put a penny in your 401(k) plan.

We make getting to work easy for you. Parking costs at Troutman Sanders are subsidized and even FREE in some locations. We offer van and car pooling options in several locations. In addition, our offices are "public transportation friendly!" For example, our Atlanta, New York and Washington offices are conveniently located near rail transportation.
