TRADEMARK
Trademark (Atlanta)
The Atlanta office seeks a trademark associate with 2 to 3 years of non-litigation, non-patent trademark experience. The candidate must have experience in analyzing and communicating with clients and trademark registries regarding all phases of the federal, state and international trademark prosecution process. The candidate must have a solid grounding in drafting trademark, software and copyright licenses and other agreements as well as representing parties in inter-party disputes up to federal or state litigation.
