The Atlanta office has an immediate need for experienced 2-5 year Intellectual Property Patent associate or Patent agent candidates. A degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering is required as well as experience in patent prosecution. This is an opportunity to represent clients in an international practice and participate immediately in sophisticated intellectual property matters. The Atlanta office has an immediate need for a full time or reduced hours associate with a minimum of 5 years of quality immigration experience in a large firm, with specific experience in providing business relation immigration work for corporate clients. A successful candidate will need necessary skills to advise on strategic choices and manage client relations in all immigration areas. Candidates must have experience in preparing E, H, L, O, P petitions, EB-1, EB-2, NIW and PERM filings; handle RFE's; and prepare updates for client newsletters and e-mail alerts. The Atlanta office seeks a trademark associate with 1 to 3 years of transactional and prosecution trademark and copyright experience. The candidate must have experience in analyzing and communicating with clients and trademark registries regarding all phases of the federal, state and international trademark prosecution process. The candidate must have a solid grounding in drafting trademark, software and copyright licenses and other agreements as well as representing parties in inter-party disputes up to federal or state litigation.
