Brandon is an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group. He focuses his practice on matters that are of critical importance to employers including a wide variety of federal and state workplace discrimination laws. Specifically, he has experience representing employers in litigation under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and a number of related state laws. He has defended against various contract claims, including restrictive covenant and tortious interference with contract claims. Brandon also advises employers regarding employment law matters and has experience representing employers in traditional labor arbitrations.
