In addition, Anthony represents institutional lenders in connection with loans and refinancings secured by mortgages on office, mixed use and apartment buildings, healthcare facilities and recreational facilities, as well as on loan workouts and foreclosures. Anthony also represents tenants leasing offices, stores, restaurants and sites for development under ground leases.
