Ann has experience in a variety of commercial real estate transactions including acquisition, development, partitioning, and liquidation. She has negotiated leases from both the landlords’ and tenants’ perspectives. Ann has also handled the financing of real estate ventures including construction loans, conduit loans, defeasance and permanent loans and modifications, and workouts of those loans. Her projects have included shopping centers, condominium developments, office buildings, apartment complexes, mixed use development, and cogeneration facilities.
