Albert's practice focuses on compliance matters, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions in Hong Kong and PRC. His experience includes advising on matters relating to corporate governance, directors' duties and shareholders' rights, disclosure of price sensitive information and other listing rules compliance matters, internal compliance issues of intermediaries, SFC licensing and authorization matters.
