Albert's practice focuses on compliance matters, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions in Hong Kong and PRC. His experience includes advising matters relating to acquisitions of technology, retail and other businesses in Hong Kong and the PRC; distribution of products and services in the PRC and other Asian countries, financing and taking of security, insolvency and restructuring, share repurchases, option grants, board committee matters, proposed scheme of arrangement, shareholders rights and voting, disclosure of price sensitive information, and a range of compliance and corporate governance matters and fund raising activities.
